Software for retail where the store and the web shop agree
Software for retailers who sell in physical stores and online: we build the stock overview, click and collect, loyalty and store tools that make your shops and your web shop behave like one business.
Overview
A retailer with a few stores and a web shop usually runs three systems that were bought at different times: the tills at the counter, the stock or ERP system in the back office, and the web shop. Each does its own job. The trouble sits in between - a customer reserves a jacket online that the store sold an hour ago, store managers send weekly sales in their own spreadsheets, and the loyalty card is a stamp on paper. We build the software that closes those gaps around the systems you already run.
It is not worth building custom software for one store with a standard web shop - a good off-the-shelf platform will do, and we will tell you so. It pays off once you have several locations, stock that moves between them, or a way of selling the ready-made tools do not support. If you are opening your first web shop, our web shop service is the place to start; this page is about running stores and online sales together.
Where it hurts
- The web shop says the item is in stock, the customer comes to the store, and it is not there.
- Click and collect orders arrive by e-mail, and the store finds out when the customer is already at the till.
- Every Monday the store managers send their sales in their own spreadsheets, each in a different format.
- Moving stock between our stores is arranged by phone and written down on paper.
- Our loyalty programme is a paper card, so we know nothing about who our regular customers are.
What we build for retailers and online stores
06- 01
One view of stock
Stock per store, warehouse and web shop on one screen, refreshed often enough that staff and customers can trust it.
- 02
Click and collect
Online reservations that land on the right store's screen, with a pick list, a ready-for-pickup message and a clear deadline.
- 03
Loyalty programme
A digital loyalty card or app that works at the till and online, so you finally know your regular customers and what they buy.
- 04
Tools for store staff
Stock transfers between stores, stocktaking on a phone, reorder requests and shift notes, instead of calls and paper.
- 05
Sales reports per store
Daily sales, margins and best sellers per location, ready in the morning, without anyone merging spreadsheets.
- 06
Web shop upgrades
New features, a faster storefront or a move to a better platform for the web shop you already have.
How we work together
-
A day in the store
We spend time with your store staff and the people who run the web shop, follow an order from screen to shelf, and list the gaps between systems.
-
One store first
The first version goes live in one store, usually the busiest, so real customers and real staff test it before anyone else has to.
-
The whole chain
We roll out to the other stores in steps, adjust for how each location works, and train the people who use it at the counter.
-
Your development department
After launch we stay on a monthly basis: maintenance, seasonal changes before the busy weeks, and new features as your stores and web shop grow.
No project price list. A fixed price before we start.
Every project is different, so the price depends on what you need and how much of it. The first call is free of charge, and you always get a fixed price in writing before any work starts - no surprises.

Questions
-
01 Do we have to replace our tills or stock system?
No. Your tills and stock system keep doing what they do well, and the software we build works alongside them. We replace only what genuinely holds you back - often a spreadsheet, sometimes an old web shop - and only after we have shown you why.
-
02 Can you work with our existing web shop?
Yes. Most retailers already have a web shop, so we usually extend it rather than start again: click and collect, loyalty, better product data or a faster storefront. If the platform itself is the problem, we plan a move to a better one without losing your orders, customers or search rankings.
-
03 Does a smaller retailer need custom software at all?
Often not. With one store and a standard web shop, ready-made tools are cheaper and good enough. Custom software starts to pay off with several locations, stock moving between them, or a way of selling the standard tools do not support.
-
04 How much does custom retail software cost?
The price depends on scope - the number of stores, which problems you want solved first and what your current systems allow. That is why we do not publish a price list. The first call is free, and the price is agreed in writing before any work starts.
-
05 What do you know about retail?
We run two retail-facing products of our own. Usporedi Cijene compares grocery prices from more than 20 retail chains, and Radne Nedjelje tells more than 300,000 people a month which stores are open on Sunday. Both depend on accurate store data, updated without manual work.
Do your stores and web shop disagree?
Tell us where stock, orders or customers get lost between them. The first call is free, and the price is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Completely free. No commitments.
