Software for logistics companies from dispatch to delivered
Software for logistics and transport companies that plan by phone and spreadsheet: we build dispatch boards, driver apps and tracking portals that follow each job from the order to the signed delivery and the invoice.
Overview
Most small and mid-sized carriers, forwarders and delivery firms already have a fleet tracking service and an accounting package. The day itself, though, runs on a dispatcher's spreadsheet, a stream of phone calls and a WhatsApp group with the drivers. Photos of delivery notes get lost in chats, customers ring to ask where their goods are, and invoices wait until the paper documents come back to the office. We build software for that day: who drives what, what happened on the road, and what can be invoiced tonight.
Custom software is not the right call for every fleet. If a ready-made transport management system fits your routes, customers and size, use it and we will say so. It pays off when your work does not fit the standard mould - mixed own and subcontracted vehicles, customers with their own rules, or a service like installation or returns on top of delivery - and when the subscriptions you already pay for still leave the dispatcher on the phone all day.
Where it hurts
- Our dispatcher plans tomorrow's runs in a spreadsheet and then calls every driver one by one.
- Delivery note photos are buried in a WhatsApp group, and finding one for a dispute takes half an hour.
- Customers ring every morning to ask where their delivery is, and we have to call the driver to find out.
- We cannot invoice until the paper documents come back to the office, sometimes a week later.
- Subcontracted carriers are tracked by e-mail, so we never know their status until something goes wrong.
What we build for logistics and transport companies
06- 01
Dispatch board
Orders, vehicles and drivers on one screen, where the dispatcher plans the day by dragging jobs and every driver gets their list without a phone call.
- 02
Driver app
Jobs, addresses and instructions on the phone, with photos, the recipient's signature and notes captured on the spot, even without signal.
- 03
Shipment tracking for customers
A simple page or portal where your customers check status and download proof of delivery themselves, instead of calling your office.
- 04
From delivery to invoice
Each completed job gathers its documents and costs automatically, so it is ready for invoicing the same day rather than when the paper returns.
- 05
Subcontractor tracking
Partner carriers accept jobs, report status and upload documents in the same system as your own drivers.
- 06
Cost and route reports
Revenue and cost per vehicle, route and customer, plus empty kilometres, so you can see which work actually earns money.
How we work together
-
A day with dispatch
We sit next to your dispatcher for a day, ride along with a driver if it helps, and write down every call, message and piece of paper a job creates.
-
One depot or route first
The dispatch board and driver app go live for one depot, route or group of drivers, so the first version is tested on real jobs.
-
Full fleet and customers
We add the remaining vehicles and subcontractors, open tracking to your customers, and train drivers on the app in a few minutes each.
-
Your development department
After launch we stay on a monthly basis: maintenance, fixes the same week the road shows a problem, and new features as customers ask for more.
No project price list. A fixed price before we start.
Every project is different, so the price depends on what you need and how much of it. The first call is free of charge, and you always get a fixed price in writing before any work starts - no surprises.
- 01The first call is free and commits you to nothing
- 02You get a fixed price in writing before work starts
- 03You own the code and data once the work is paid for
- 04Hourly work and extra developers: €40-60 per hour
- 05After launch: software maintenance and development, monthly

Questions
-
01 Do we have to replace our fleet tracking or accounting software?
No. Fleet tracking, tachograph tools and your accounting package keep doing their jobs, and the software we build works alongside them. What usually goes is the dispatcher's spreadsheet and the WhatsApp group.
-
02 Will drivers actually use an app?
They will if it saves them calls. We design the driver app for one hand and a few taps per stop, test it with your drivers before launch, and make it work without signal, sending the data when the phone reconnects. Drivers who do not speak Croatian can use it in their own language.
-
03 Can our customers see where their goods are?
Yes. Each customer gets a tracking link or their own portal with job status, delivery time and proof of delivery. You decide what they see, and the data shown is the same data your dispatcher works with.
-
04 How much does software for a logistics company cost?
The price depends on scope - the number of vehicles and users, which parts you need first and how your jobs are organised today. That is why we do not publish a price list. The first call is free, and the price is agreed in writing before any work starts.
-
05 Off-the-shelf transport software or custom?
If a ready-made system fits your work, it will be cheaper - use it. Custom software makes sense when your jobs mix delivery with other services, when subcontractors are a big part of the work, or when you pay for several tools and still plan by phone. A common middle ground is keeping your existing tools and building only the dispatch and driver part.
Is your dispatcher still on the phone?

Completely free. No commitments.
